3. Wait for confirmation email from us and kindly reply to the confirmation email.
4. Bank in your order payment to our accounts. For more details, please see Payment.
5. DONE, and just wait for the delivery.



Note:
To guarantee the availability of stocks for peak season delivery like Convocation, please order at least 3 days in advance.
We will only proceed with your order upon receipt and clearance of your funds. Cancellation of order can only be done 3 days before the delivery date.
Please note that seasonal conditions may affect the supply of certain kind of flowers. In some extreme cases, substitution may be necessary to fulfill your floral and container requirements. The dimensions given for arrangements are mere approximations. However, you may refer to them as general guideline of the flowers’ sizes.
